Outstanding stand design
Watad dived headlong into every aspect of stand design like comfortable seating, ambience, stand cleanliness, superior fabrication finish, lighting, digital and print presentations, AV and stand display area. The medical centre’s exhibition stand’s highlight was a 3D embryo specially fabricated by Watad.
Impactful event promotion
Watad made use of every medium to promote the medical centre’s participation – from traditional to digital media. Watad created awareness of the event and the centre’s USPs through the centre’s website, its social media accounts, email, SMSes and printed material.
Audience engagement activities
Watad planned several interesting activities for visitors like a photo contest. The booth was set up at the medical centre’s stand and visitors were incentivised to tweet about the booth. Watad‘s made-to-order branded gummies and lollipops were a hit among young visitors who accompanied their parents to the stand.
The concurrent seminars held at the conference were live-streamed to Al Reem Medical Centre’s families and business associates.

Watad understands the far-reaching goal associated with sustainable solutions and how every small step will create a better and greener future for our coming generations. Watad applied these environmental sensitivities to the Reem Medical Centre’s stand design by sourcing recyclable material and turning them into ergonomic exhibition solutions. As much as 98% of the design was created using reclaimed wood palette and other recycled material. This way, Watad proved that upcycling can be stylish and user-friendly even in events. It strictly and proudly followed the objective that: ‘’All products should be sourced from sustainable sources and wherever possible, manufactured according to, or in the spirit of international ethical and environmental production standards. Especially, procured and produced in Oman.’’
